Working on a new tape lately, which will be released in an army green plastic bag with a photocopied zine of drawings and things by LPB and friends, with cover done by Amber F. This will be on microcassette, with a downloadable version here on LLR a bit later. After that I plan on releasing another regular cassette tape with the same gutter-tapes style shiz as the floppy disk release, a VHS tape of beats-and-noises style jams, and then a 7inch record, then a 12inch, and then who the eff knows what.
Keep on rocking all the bee girls.
Playing some more shows again soon, in two days at the Aquarium with GhostHandPunch for their reunion part 1, then at the Red Raven on the 27th with millions of other dudes.
Also recently played a show with the always entertaining Johnny Unicorn, who I should put a link to somewhere but I don’t know the formatting for this. Just go here- http://www.johnnyunicorn.com
Just finished packaging up the floppy disk EP, it has a front cover sticker by Paul Kvamme on the mailer, hand drawn stickers on the disks themselves and typed labels telling you what the hell it is so that people don’t think they are buying CDs. Now I just have to record the tape version (which will be different cos it will have effects and stuff, plus noisey jams by Edwin Perry Manchester, who is also me), get j-cards done for that, dub all the damn tapes… and then I guess sell them.
I have some shows coming up! I am playing some noisey interludes at the Giant Rider show at the VFW this Friday, a show at the Red Raven on April 1st and another show at the Aquarium opening for Moon Duo the following 4th. Obviously these are all in Fargo ND.
[EDIT] Forgot one, playing a show March 10th at the Aquarium with Ceiling Walker, Braindeer and Aemeth, which is a free show, 21+.
Well, just recently finished up songs for the floppy disk EP, ten songs in Impulse Tracker format, all with really low quality drum breaks. Floppy disk version will come in an either hand-decorated or silk-screened mailer with pictures and text included on the disk, tape version will just have a photocopied (possibly hand colored) j card. All this should be done by the end of the month, hopefully.
